To get your medical marijuana card in Florida, you must first visit a qualified doctor who can confirm you have a qualifying condition. Even if your condition isn’t listed by the state, you may still qualify if your symptoms are chronic or debilitating.

Medical marijuana became legal in Florida under the 2014 Compassionate Use Act, and expanded access through Amendment 2 (2016) now allows doctors to recommend cannabis for a wide range of conditions.
